- At what time are the rooms available?
Check-in: from 02:00 p.m. Although if available, we were happy to give the rooms as soon as our guests arrive. The correct reservation guarantee you the room will be kept at your disposal at any time. Either for early or late check-in, please inform the reception.

-At what time must we checkout?
Check-out: within 12:00 midday. We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms before noon. If for some reason this is not possible, you can ask for availability at the reception.

- May I leave my baggage at the hotel?
Baggage may be left complimentary at the hotel until the time you pick it up.

- What time is breakfast served?
Our buffet is ready for your enjoyment from 08:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. For particular requirement, please ask to the reception.

We serve a buffet breakfast with croissant, fette biscottate, bread, marmalade, jam, honey, chocolate, season fruit, cornflakes, muesli, fruit juice, ham and cheese; hot beverage will be served directly from the bar. From the springtime the breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace of the garden. Yes, it is included in the price.

Yes. The room service is available from 08:00 a.m.

- Is parking available? Is it included in the price?
Ideal for those who travel by car Villa dei Bosconi offers a private large parking area. To guarantee more security we closed the gates during the night but it remains always accessible to our guests. Yes, it is included in the price.

- Have you a swimming pool?
Yes a swimming pool with Jacuzzi is available for our guests, it is set in our garden and you can relax on the deck chair or on the chaise-longue enjoying a quiet environment. Size: 15 x 6 meters more Jacuzzi, for a total of 100 square meters. Depth: max 1,60 meters.

- Is the price per guest or per room?
The prices are to be understood as per room per day.

- How many floors are there?
The building has 2 floors. No elevator.

- Are there TV's in the rooms? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, each room has a TV with international channels.

- Does each room have a telephone that can dial directly outside?
Yes, all rooms have direct telephone lines.

- Is it possible to connect to internet?
The common areas have a WI-FI connection and there is also a PC available for the guests. All the rooms have a second plug for connecting your notebook

- Have you thought of those that may have problems walking?
Our hotel has no architectural problems for these types of guests and is accessible for those with disabilities. 2 rooms are expressed design for guests with disabilities and all the bathrooms of the common area.

- Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Individually controlled air conditioning and heating is available in all rooms and included in the price.

Yes, small and medium pets are allowed.

- Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
No. We have no restaurants, but in the area there is a wide array of excellent restaurants that we will be pleased to reserve for you.

No, but we offer an ironing room where guests can iron the stuff that need it

We do not offer hotel shuttle service. The taxi fare to reach the hotel from the airport is approximately Eur 30,00.

You can rent a car at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport.

- What are the safety requirements that the hotel follows?
The hotel was constructed following the current standard regulations for fire prevention and is in possession of the relative certifications. Guest rooms can be accessed with the use of a microchip badge. All electricity has been installed with the maximum protection features and within regulations of the law. Each common space and every room is equipped with emergency lights. Calls for emergency assistance can be made from the bathroom. All air is constantly refreshed through the use of an air purification system; individual electronically regulated thermostats control the room climate.
